Start your day with a glass of water.

Begin with something positive.

Take the stairs.

Get plenty of sleep.

Get some fresh air.

 Schedule a wellness check – and stick to it.

Have an eye exam. 

Challenge yourself to eat at least one fruit or vegetable with every meal, every day for a week. Then try it again the next week.

 Spend one entire day on you. Sleep in, have lunch with a friend, call your mom,  or watch a favorite movie.

Schedule a dental exam or cleaning – and stick to it.

Challenge yourself to drink at least two glasses of water each day.

Go an entire week without eating fast food. 

Take a group fitness class.

Get a fitness tracker + track your steps

Get moving throughout the day.

Give your eyes a rest.

Eat real food.

Take your vitamins.

Schedule your appointments.

Make time for your friends and family.

Take care of your skin.

Manage your money.

Call or text a friend or relative you haven’t seen in a while and make a plan to get together.
