Supersymmetry

Supersymmetry is a theoretical concept in particle physics that postulates the existence of a new kind of symmetry between bosons and fermions.

In supersymmetric theories, every particle has a “superpartner” particle with opposite spin.

These superpartners are predicted to have nearly the same masses as their ordinary counterparts, which has yet to be experimentally verified.
