Service Quality

A service mark is a symbol used to identify a particular service or business. It is also used to distinguish the provider of that service from others in the marketplace.

A service mark must meet specific legal requirements in order to be registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

Once registered, the service mark can be used by the provider to protect its intellectual property and to differentiate its services from those of other providers.
