Law Of Large Numbers

The law of large numbers (LLN) is a mathematical principle that states that as the number of samples or observations become large, the variability of the results will decrease.

This is because, on average, the errors in any individual sample will be smaller than the errors in the aggregate sample. This Principle underlies many statistical techniques, including sampling, estimation and hypothesis testing.
