Isomap

Isomap (or isoperimetric mapping) is a tool used in statistics to compare two or more distributions. It is a two-step process: first, the distributions are transformed into equivalent isometric coordinates; and second, the pairs of corresponding isometric points are mapped onto each other.

This process allows for comparisons of the shapes and size of the distributions, as well as the relationship between them.
