Inverse Gaussian Distribution

The inverse Gaussian distribution is a probability distribution that describes the likelihood of finding values close to the center of a data set.

It is named after the eighteenth-century mathematician and astronomer Carl Friedrich Gauss, who described it as a distribution in which most values are located near the middle of a data set, with fewer values spread out evenly around the outside.
