Info-gap Decision Theory

Info-gap decision theory is an umbrella term that refers to a class of decision theory models that focus on situations in which there exists a gap in information between the decision maker and the object of the decision.

The theories can be subdivided into two groups: those in which the decision maker only has incomplete or noisy information, and those in which the decision maker also faces uncertainty about the object of the decision.
