Exponentiated Weibull Distribution

The Exponentiated Weibull Distribution (EWD) is a probability distribution characterizing the distribution of long-term survival rates for a group of individuals.

The EWD is characterized by an increased risk of death as the number of independent events (survivals) increases. In other words, the EWD is a “fat tail” distribution.
