Economic Equilibrium

In an economy, there is a point at which two or more economic agents cannot produce more output without conflicting with each other.

This is called the economic equilibrium or market balance. If one party (the producer) producing x items doesn’t have anything else that they want to sell for y goods or services, then the market will find someone else to produce x items for them for y goods and services.
