Black–derman–toy Model

The Black derman toy model of finance is a theory that argues that returns to investments (e.g. stocks, bonds) are determined by the Black Scholes equation, which states that a company’s present value (PV) of its future cash flows is equal to its present value of its assets (A).

The theory has been used to analyze the financial performance of companies.
